The Care Insider ("we," "us") is a Maryland-based resource platform for care-business operators — this website (thecareinsider.com) and our training platform at training.thecareinsider.com (which has its own privacy policy).

What we collect

• Your email address — when you request a free resource or subscribe. Our email list and signup forms are run by Beehiiv, our newsletter provider.
• Purchase information — when you buy a product, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive your name, email, and what you bought so we can deliver it and provide support.
• What you send us — if you submit our website-services form (processed by Formspree) or email us, we keep that correspondence.
• Basic, anonymous analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate page statistics via Cloudflare. No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, no cookies used for tracking.

How we use it

• To deliver the free resources and products you request.
• To send you our newsletter and occasional resources — every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
• To provide customer support and process refunds.
• To understand which pages and resources are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Who processes data for us

We use a small set of service providers to run the site: Beehiiv (email list and newsletter), Stripe (payments), Formspree (contact forms), Cloudflare (hosting and anonymous analytics), and Resend (transactional email on our training platform). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

We keep your email while you're subscribed; unsubscribe and we stop emailing you. Purchase records are retained for accounting and support. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time.
