Most care websites are full of generic stock photos of smiling seniors and luxury interiors. Families can tell. Generic photos quietly erode trust — they signal that either you don't have real photos to share, or you don't want families to see what your place really looks like.

We don't ship stock photos pretending to be your facility — that's worse than no photos. Either send us 10 phone photos of your space when we kick off, or we'll launch with a clean photo-free layout and you swap in real photos within 30 days.

Phone photos of your actual facility, well-lit and recent, outperform any stock photo every time. Or hire a local real-estate photographer for $300–500 within 60 days — easily the highest-ROI marketing investment any care business can make.

How it works

From signed to launched in 21 days.

Day 0

Discovery call + contract

Free 15-minute call to confirm fit. If we're a match, you sign the contract and pay the 50% deposit. We send you a single intake form.

Days 1–7

You complete the intake

Business name, address, services, photos, pricing approach, mission. One form, no back-and-forth. Project clock starts when intake is complete.

Days 8–18

We build + you review

Two rounds of revisions — all your feedback in one batch each round, not one email at a time across the week. Beyond round two, additional changes are billed hourly.

Days 19–21

Launch

Final approval, balance due, your website goes live at your address (e.g., yourbusiness.com). Your monthly maintenance starts. Done.

FAQ

Why $149/month? What if I don't want a monthly fee?

The monthly covers hosting (the service that keeps your site online), security, daily backups, 24/7 monitoring to catch any issues, and up to 1 hour of content updates. Without it, your site eventually goes stale, breaks, or gets hacked — and you're back at square one. If you want to move your site elsewhere later, we'll hand you the files. But the monthly is what makes the long-term arrangement actually work for both of us.

Can I get a custom design / different number of pages?

This is a productized service, not a custom agency build. Custom work means custom pricing and 4–8 week timelines. If you need something well outside the Standard Plan, we'll quote it separately or refer you to someone who specializes in that.

What if I want to cancel?

Anytime, with 30 days' notice. Your domain stays yours. Your email account stays yours. We export your content and send you a zip file. We delete the hosting environment. No exit fees, no lock-in games.

Do you help with email setup, Google Business, or other accounts?

We offer a one-time "Setup Day" add-on ($250) where we walk you through buying your domain, setting up business email (Google Workspace), claiming Google Business, and creating a Facebook page. You drive your accounts on the call; we guide. After the call ends, you own everything and we never touch those accounts again. We do not provide ongoing email or account support.

What if I don't have photos?

We'll launch with a clean photo-free layout, and you swap in phone photos of your actual facility within 30 days. We won't use generic stock photos of seniors or luxury interiors — they hurt trust more than they help.

Is this only for Maryland operators?

The template works anywhere, but Aaron's operator credibility is strongest in Maryland. We're Maryland-focused for now. Out-of-state inquiries are evaluated case-by-case.
