What we provide

The Care Insider sells digital products — startup kits, policy libraries, toolkits, and templates — and publishes free educational resources for care-business operators. Our training platform at training.thecareinsider.com has its own terms.

Educational resources — not professional advice

Everything we sell and publish is educational information and operator tooling built from real operating experience. It is not legal, financial, clinical, or compliance advice, and buying a product does not create any professional relationship. Regulations change and vary by situation — you are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant agency (e.g., OHCQ, MDH) and, where appropriate, your own advisors. Using our materials does not guarantee licensure, survey outcomes, or regulatory compliance.

Purchases, delivery & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital products are delivered immediately by download. If a product isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — that includes a refund if the product genuinely didn't fit your situation. We're operators selling to operators; we'd rather refund you than have you stuck with something that doesn't help.

Your license to use what you buy

Your purchase grants you a license to use the materials within your own business(es) — edit them, brand them, put them in your policy manual. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish the materials, or use them to build a competing product. One purchase covers one business entity; if you operate multiple entities, we ask that you buy per entity or contact us for a fair arrangement.

Free downloads are delivered by email and subscribe you to our newsletter — you can unsubscribe anytime with one click (see our Privacy Policy).

Limits

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product.

Governing law & changes
